As a Financial Associate, you'll play a crucial role in our mission-driven organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer, you'll lead financial planning and analysis efforts, develop sophisticated financial models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and insights. Your work will contribute directly to our goal of creating a positive impact on the planet and its inhabitants.
What you'll do
- Lead financial planning and analysis efforts to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to guide our path forward.
- Collaborate with Finance Operations and other teams to ensure accurate reporting and follow up
- Deliver impactful insights, reports, and presentations to senior stakeholders, including executives and the Board.
- Champion our investor relations activities to build confidence and credibility.
What you'll bring to the Team
- 3+ years of experience within Financial Planning & Analysis, investment banking or management consulting.
- Mastery in building complex business models and financial analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders (English is our working language).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-driven and reliable, thriving in autonomous environments.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, actively seeking feedback and insights to enhance processes and ways of working.
- Adaptability to navigate between short-term execution and long-term strategic planning, adjusting altitude as needed.
- Familiarity with hybrid work environments and a strong advocacy for hybrid work models, fostering productivity and collaboration across distributed teams.
- To be eligible for this position, you need to be based in Stockholm and have a work permit to work in Sweden.
