You’ll be instrumental in generating and qualifying leads for our sales pipeline. This role is critical to our growth efforts and positive impact and involves working closely with the Head of Growth and Marketing to support the expansion of our impact-driven solutions across target markets.
You’ll help drive new opportunities, reach prospective partners, and engage in meaningful conversations to accelerate the position of Doconomy as the global leading solution for sustainable finance.
What you'll do
- Lead generation: Proactively research and identify potential customer segments, key accounts, and stakeholders.
- Outreach and engagement: Reach out to prospects through multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, and phone calls, to establish initial interest in Doconomy’s sustainability and financial well-being solutions.
- Qualify opportunities: Conduct needs assessments and qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure a strong fit for Doconomy's offerings.
- Pipeline development: Build and manage a healthy pipeline of leads, working in close coordination with the Head of Growth and Marketing to optimize targeting strategies.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work with the marketing team on targeted campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality and customer insights to enhance Doconomy’s go-to-market strategies.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and opportunities in our CRM system.
- Market Insight & Competitor Analysis: Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform outreach strategies.
What you'll bring to the Team
- Previous experience in a Sales or Lead Generation role is a plus, ideally within the SaaS or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- A genuine interest in sustainability and climate action for the benefit of both person and planet.
- Proven ability to collaborate and thrive in a team environment, working with stakeholders across departments and countries.
- A highly organized and detail-oriented mindset, you're able to manage multiple priorities effectively. You’re self-motivated and resilient, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English, and can connect with prospects in a meaningful way.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, actively seeking feedback and insights to enhance processes and ways of working.
- Adaptability to navigate between short-term execution and long-term strategic planning, adjusting altitude as needed.
- Familiarity with hybrid work environments and strong advocacy for hybrid work models, fostering productivity and collaboration across distributed teams.
